How to pay with crypto
Never bought crypto before? No problem. This guide walks you through it in plain English, one step at a time. Most people are done in 15–30 minutes the first time, and much quicker after that.

- We accept BTC and USDT. We do not accept Ethereum (ETH).
- Your items are reserved and the exchange rate is locked for 24 hours while you pay.
- You can use a normal UK app you may already have (for example Revolut), so you don't need any special equipment.
Step by step
Pick a UK crypto app
Use an app that is registered with the UK's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Common UK options include Coinbase, Kraken and Revolut. We are not linked to any of them, so pick whichever you are comfortable with.
Paying with USDT? Coinbase only sends USDT on the Ethereum network, which we can't accept. For USDT, use an app that can send on the TRON (TRC-20) network, such as Kraken or Binance. Or simply choose Bitcoin (BTC) instead, which works in all of these apps.
Sign up and verify your ID
Download the app, create an account and follow the steps to verify your identity. This is a legal requirement in the UK. You'll usually need photo ID (passport or driving licence) and a quick selfie. Approval is often minutes, but can take longer.
Add money
Add pounds to your app using a debit card or a bank transfer. Some apps charge a small fee for card top-ups. Bank transfers are often cheaper.
Buy BTC (or USDT)
Buy Bitcoin (BTC), or USDT if your app can send it on TRC-20. Buy a little more than your order total (an extra £3–£5 is usually plenty) to cover the app's sending fee (the "network fee").
Place your order and choose Crypto
Add your items to the basket, go to checkout and choose Crypto as your payment method, then BTC or USDT. After you place the order you'll see our wallet address, a QR code and the exact amount to send. Tap Copy to copy the address, or scan the QR code with your app.
Send the payment from your app
In your crypto app tap Send (some apps call it Withdraw). Paste our address (or scan the QR code).
- For BTC, choose the Bitcoin network.
- For USDT, choose TRON (TRC-20). Never Ethereum (ERC-20).
Enter the exact amount shown on your order page. Check that the amount we receive, after the app's fee, is not less than what we asked for.
Confirm and tell us
Confirm the send in your app. Then email info@peptidesukltd.org (or reply to your order email) with your order reference (it starts with PUK-) and the transaction ID, which your app shows in the transaction details (also called the "tx hash" or "TXID").
We mark it paid and dispatch
Once the payment arrives in our wallet, we mark your order as paid and email you. Then we pack and dispatch it as normal.
⚠️ Important tips
- Double-check the address. After pasting, check that the first 4 and last 4 characters match the address on your order page. Crypto payments can't be reversed.
- Right coin, right network. BTC on the Bitcoin network. USDT on TRON (TRC-20) only. Sending on the wrong network means the money is lost.
- Never send Ethereum (ETH) or any other coin. We can only receive BTC and USDT.
- The rate is locked for 24 hours. Please pay within that time. After that, the order may be cancelled or we may ask you to top up.
- Fees. Your app charges a fee to buy and to send. Buy a little extra so the full amount reaches us.
- Nobody from our team will ever ask for your app login, password or recovery words.
Questions
How long does it take?
USDT on TRC-20 usually arrives within a few minutes. Bitcoin usually takes 10–60 minutes, and sometimes longer when the network is busy. We check payments regularly and dispatch once your payment has arrived.
What if I send too little?
Email us with your order reference. We'll tell you how much is still due so you can send the difference. Your order is dispatched once the full amount has arrived.
What if I send too much?
Email us. We can refund the extra, or credit it to your next order.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, under our normal refund policy. Crypto refunds are sent back in the same coin to an address you give us, for the GBP value of the refund. Network fees may be deducted.
